The bathing suit photo you see in my weight loss ticker above, was me in 1985, right after I got divorced. I truly thought I was FAT back then! Is that ridiculous or what? I am back to that same weight again.
Only now I have a much better body awareness and I know for sure that I am NOT FAT. The Weight Ticker that shows how much I've shed. I used MyFitnessPal.com to nearly effortlessly track my food and water intake and it's F-R-E-E!

I HIGHLY recommend that you visit and revisit my site often as I will be adding so many KEY elements to Diet Success for ANY diet. Not just the one I followed and improved on. Just one of my ideas that I freely share here can be the difference between whether you SUCCEED or FAIL.

Since I can't explain to everyone how to best do this diet which I call the EASIEST diet on the planet. I put together this blog/website so we could all support each other.
I lost my first 10 pounds by just cutting out sugar and drinking more water for a month. Then I went on the HCG diet and lost the next 25 pounds in 40 days. I lost 5 more pounds while on maintenance without weighing or measuring my food. The HCG seems to have reset my metabolism so that this is my new normal and I LOVE IT! Now, it's time to do ROUND 2.
