My Before and After shots, plus the foods I loved along the way.

Seriously, go out and get these foods when you start. I found them all along the way and it made my life so much easier and better. I even went to Hawaii, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and Ohio and worked a full schedule and lost weight.

<==YOU know something is good when you still want to eat it after the strict part of the diet is over. These STEAKS, tuna steaks only have 1.5 grams of fat per serving. AMAZING and so delish. I bought mine at Safeway and ALWAYS made sure that i had a package in my purse or car so that if I got hungry at a party, event, seminar, or out shopping that I could stay on the HCG diet protocol and be happy with what I ate. If you google search and read Dr. Simeon's original manuscript and diet plan, it says to NOT eat Tuna well...as long as the fat content is 2 gm per serving or less, you will be just fine. Occasionally for variety, I would have a salmon steak in this same type of packaging but keep in mind to only eat the 2.5 gm of fat per serving Salmon and only do it once per week max.

1. LIKE DESSERT!!! RAISIN ROSEMARY CRISPS!

I experimented with these. from Trader Joe's. I found I could have them on P-2 instead of Melba Toast. Yummy Yummy Yummy. Savory and slightly sweet crackers flavored with rosemary, flax, sunflower seeds, and raisins. A truly unique combination! $3.99/box. If you don't have a Trader Joes near you. Beg one of your friends to send you some for your birthday or Christmas.

2. Lucerne Fat Free Whipped Topping. Found at Safeway. Only 10 calories for Two Tablespoons. I ate this on my strawberries and in my coffee.

3. MY FAVORITE: NO FAT GRAMS! Keeps fresh for 3 mos. TOTALLY ORGANIC. 10 calories per 3/4 tsp. Chock full of Vit C. (Other brands have oil/fat in their concoction.)
